My mother never once let food go to waste, really, I can't imagine how many times she managed to make a last-Friday meatloaf into something weird that I don't know the name, but I swear it was delicious...most of the time...
But what would you do with leftover ideas?
I have a bunch of old sketchbooks with many and many ideas that I had, but as I designed and tested them, I started shifting it to something else, and the original idea got set aside...I don't let ideas really die, I just put them on a dark corner until I find a place for them.
I'm talking about this because yesterday I was writing about a project that I just finished, and as I was reviewing his history and i found that he passed through 3 to 4 idealizations till his current state, and those former idealizations where scrapped simply because at the time I didn't have enough experience and was too lazy...
I'm thinking about trying my old ideas again, who knows, maybe I can find a golden goose :D
